House for a young family |Interior design|

As an interior design team we worked with the clients and suppliers to extenuate the historical and contemporary elements of the building. The lounge area benefits from different forms of light throughout the day, this inspired us to play with a palette of textures and colors that would enhance the mood that the shadows create. In the bedrooms we created a play of soft curves in the furniture and openings that would contrast with raw exposed concrete ceilings and old limestone elements. For the main ensuite bath we designed a custom terrazzo bath that sinks into the ground by playing with the structural levels.
